Service Coverage

At present, we offer shipping services to all valid addresses across the United States and Canada. Please note that shipments bound for Canada are subject to the international import rules and regulations of the destination country. For specific information regarding duties and taxes, please refer to the relevant section below.

Order Processing Period

After your payment has been successfully confirmed, our team will process your order within 1 to 3 business days. For orders shipping to Canada, an extra 1 to 2 business days may be needed to complete customs documentation preparation and compliance checks to meet cross-border shipping requirements.

Estimated Delivery Windows

  • U.S. Destinations: You can expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Canadian Destinations: Delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days after dispatch. However, actual delivery timelines may fluctuate due to factors such as customs clearance procedures, logistics carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.

Logistics Partners & Shipment Tracking

For domestic shipments within the U.S., we mainly collaborate with USPS as our preferred logistics provider. For international deliveries to Canada, we utilize USPS International services. Once your order is shipped out, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please be aware that tracking information updates may become limited once the package enters the destination country. Canadian customers may need to access the tracking portal of their local postal service to obtain the latest delivery status.

Assistance for Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or if the tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received the item:
  • For shipments to Canada, please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days beyond the standard estimated delivery time before requesting further assistance.
  • We recommend checking with your local postal service, neighboring residents, or nearby delivery hubs first. If the package still has not arrived after the aforementioned waiting period, please contact our customer support team within 7 days (for U.S. orders) or 14 days (for Canadian orders) from the marked delivery date for further help.

Duties & Taxes (Canada)

All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees for shipments to Canada are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable even if you return the product. In the event of a return, only the original product price will be refunded (the original shipping fee will be refunded solely if required by law due to an error on our part).
