Refund & Return Policy


We want you to love your  purchase—here’s our transparent policy for US and Canadian customers:
  1. Eligibility:
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact (e.g., coat hangtags, pant size stickers, sportswear brand patches).
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery (confirmed by shipping tracking).
    • Products must be in original condition (no stains, odors, alterations, or signs of use like stretched fabric or broken zippers).
    • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on product pages, including clearance/promotional pieces) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. Return Process:
    • Contact our support team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Include your order number and return reason.
    • Securely pack items in a shipping box (preferred original packaging) with the RA Number clearly labeled.
    • Ship to the address provided by support. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see Section 4).
    • Use a trackable shipping service and retain the tracking number—we are not liable for lost/misdirected packages.
  3. Refund Rules:
    • Inspections take 3–5 business days upon warehouse delivery. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (excludes original shipping costs, unless the return is our error).
    • Canadian Customs Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by the CBSA are non-refundable (imposed by the Canadian government, not our website).
    • Exchanges: No direct exchanges for size/style preferences. Return unwanted items for a refund and place a new order. For incorrect/damaged items, see Section 4.
  4. Defective/Incorrect Items:
    • Contact support within 30 days with photos of the item and packaging if received defective (faulty stitching, torn fabric), damaged in shipping, or incorrect (wrong size/color/style). We cover return shipping and offer full refunds, replacements (if in stock).
  5. Exceptions:
    • Personalized/custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.
    • Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., machine-washing dry-clean-only coats) are ineligible for returns.
